Terms of Service
1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to services provided by Jessica Lembke - Hypnosis Mallorca, Carrer del Lleo 36, 07460 Pollenca, Mallorca, Mail Jessica.lembke@heilpraxis35.de. They govern the use of this website and the booking of hypnotherapy services.Â
2. Nature of the services
Hypnotherapy sessions are intended to support personal development, emotional wellbeing, and the exploration of personal experiences. Regression sessions are offered as a therapeutic method for guided reflection and personal insight. They are not a substitute for emergency care or for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment where such treatment is required. The services are provided by Jessica Lembke, a Heilpraktikerin licensed under German law, and a trained hypnotherapy and regression therapist. The services are provided by Jessica Lembke, a German Heilpraktikerin authorised to practise under German law, with more than 20 years of professional experience. She completed her hypnotherapy training at the LAHN-Institut in Bremen and her regression therapy training with Trutz Hardo.
3. Booking, payment and cancellation
Appointments are confirmed through direct telephone scheduling or a written booking agreement by email or WhatsApp. The fee is €145 per hour, including VAT. Started hours are charged on a pro-rata basis according to the hourly rate. Payment must be made in cash on site, or by credit card, or by bank transfer. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If an appointment is not cancelled in time, a flat fee of €145 will be charged.
4. Confidentiality, liability and complaints
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise. Where legally permitted, the courts competent for the provider's registered place of business in the Balearic Islands shall have jurisdiction. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory protections and courts available in their country of habitual residence. Any complaint should first be sent to jessica.lembke@heilpraxis35.de so that it can be reviewed promptly. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law. The provider operates as a Heilpraktikerin authorised under German law; this professional qualification does not replace any authorisation, registration, or legal requirement that may apply to the services provided in Spain.
