My Journey & Philosophy

A lifelong calling to understand the world within.

Some callings begin long before we find the words to describe them. Mine began with a deep curiosity about our inner world: what shapes us, what connects us, and what helps us find our way through change.

As a teenager, I immersed myself in the books of Dr. Helen Wambach and Dr. Raymond Moody. Their accounts and exploration of consciousness opened questions that have stayed with me ever since. Their work profoundly shaped my spiritual understanding of life and inspired a lifelong interest in the relationship between mind, soul and human experience.

That curiosity became my vocation.

For more than 20 years, I have worked as a hypnotherapist, supporting hundreds of clients through deeply personal challenges and turning points. Each encounter has strengthened my respect for the uniqueness of every person—and for the courage it takes to look within.

The experiences and approaches described by Wambach and Moody continue to inform my work, particularly my interest in regression and the exploration of inner experience. I hold this spiritual perspective with openness, leaving space for your own beliefs and the meaning you find in your experience.

A space to reconnect with yourself.

My approach brings together professional experience, intuition and compassionate attention. I listen closely, honour your pace and adapt each session to your individual needs.

I believe meaningful change begins when you feel safe enough to explore what you carry—and supported enough to discover new possibilities. Through hypnosis, we can explore patterns, emotions and inner resources that may be difficult to reach in everyday life.

Today, based in Pollença, Mallorca, I offer a calm, personal space for this work, both in person and online.

For me, hypnotherapy is a calling rooted in human connection: accompanying you towards greater clarity, trust in yourself and the freedom to move forward in a way that feels true to you.

Warmly,
Jessica Lembke
